7. Repairs and Existing Pool Conditions

When working on an existing swimming pool, certain hidden or underlying issues may only become visible after work has started.

Town Pools will inform the client where reasonably possible if additional problems are discovered that require further work.

We cannot guarantee that repairs to one component of an existing pool will resolve unrelated or previously undetected problems.

8. Materials and Products

Town Pools aims to use suitable, quality materials and equipment for each project.

The availability of specific products, colours, finishes, and equipment may vary. Where a selected product is unavailable, we may recommend a suitable alternative.

Variations in colour, texture, appearance, and finish may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, natural materials, or other factors.

9. Warranties and Workmanship

Any warranties provided by Town Pools will be communicated as part of the relevant project agreement or quotation.

Certain products and equipment may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. These warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

Failure to properly maintain a swimming pool or its equipment may affect performance, durability, and warranty coverage.

Where Town Pools provides ongoing maintenance services, the scope and frequency of those services will be agreed upon separately.
